Quote from an Explorer Scout, April 2012
One of the most powerful ways to understand adventure is through sharing stories from our Members and supporters.
‘My best outdoor adventure was probably at the 21st World Scout Jamboree. We went to a massive lake and went out on rafts, open canoes and also did some windsurfing. I learnt to sail with a Scout from Ecuador . We didn’t understand each other’s language, but by the end we were practically best friends.’
Lauren, 17, Explorer Scout
